How do I download my purchase?
After payment, Payhip provides a download page and sends an email receipt containing your download link. Download the ZIP and extract it to access your PDFs. If the email is missing, check your spam folder or contact us with your order email.
Will anything be shipped?
No. All products are digital downloads. No physical items, laptop, stationery, or other objects shown in product preview images are included.
How do I open a ZIP file?
On Windows, right-click the downloaded ZIP and choose Extract All. On Mac, double-click it. On iPhone or iPad, tap the ZIP in the Files app. On Android, open it in your file manager and choose Extract; options vary by device.
Can I edit the PDFs?
Editing capabilities vary by product; check the listing before purchasing. The pet-sitter kit includes fillable text fields and checkboxes. You can enter information, save a completed copy, and reuse the blank templates. Fillable does not mean the page layout or design can be edited.
What software do I need?
We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader for the pet-sitter kit. Other PDF readers may handle fields differently. Save the files to your device and open them in the PDF application rather than relying on an in-browser preview.
Can I print the files?
Yes. The pet-sitter kit is designed for US Letter paper, 8.5 × 11 inches. Complete the fields digitally or print blank copies and write by hand. Check your printer preview before printing.
Are refunds available?
Please review the Refund Policy before buying. If a file is inaccessible, damaged, or different from its description, email us with your order details. We review requests individually and help resolve download or file issues.
Can I use the templates for my own business?
Yes. Use the pet-sitter kit in your own pet-care business, including completed forms shared with your clients. You may reuse the blank templates for your own bookings. Do not resell, redistribute, share the blank templates publicly, or claim the designs as your own. See Terms of Use.
